Meet Mayank

Our lead trainer, Mayank, is a NASM-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) who has spent years of his life in Physical Therapy for various athletic injuries. Hear from him directly!

“I have recreationally played sports and have consistently done weightlifting and pursued various fitness activities throughout his life.

I sustained major athletic injuries (ACL and meniscus tear) and have worked through chronic ankle issues. I understand the struggle of not being to move freely and being sidelined by injuries and have made it my mission to help others learn from my experience so that they can stay injury-free.

An injury doesn’t mean you can’t bounce back stronger than ever! Even a decade after my ACL and meniscus surgery, I am still very active – playing intense jumping sports like volleyball, lifting, walking, running, and more!”
